I'd simply add that global majority policymakers have more power than they think they have when it comes to clawing back the power big tech has accumulated for itself. But too many policymakers in our region feel overwhelmed or terrified by the "regulation inhibits innovation" bogeyman that the Northern tech behemoths continue to peddle.
